Edgewood Campus School
Rooted in the Sinsinawa Dominican Educational Values of Truth...
Ipad Initiative

Welcome to the online home of Edgewood Campus School, Inc. We are a private Catholic school, 4K through grade 8, founded in 1881 by the Sinsinawa Dominican Sisters. We welcome children of all faiths, nationalities, and cultural traditions.

Our 55-acre campus is situated in a park-like setting on the shore of beautiful Lake Wingra in Madison, Wisconsin. We share the campus with our sister schools, Edgewood High School and Edgewood College.

Our mission is to provide a quality Catholic education to our students. The Sinsinawa Dominican educational values of truth, compassion, justice, community, and partnership are the ideals that guide the children to learn respect for oneself, others, and the environment as they grow in self-confidence and self-esteem.

The belief at Edgewood Campus School is that each child is a precious gift entrusted to us. The partnership between the school and the family benefits each child and his/her growth and development.

We are pleased to take you on this virtual tour of Edgewood Campus School!

A Message From Our President/Principal

Dear Families and Friends of Edgewood Campus School,

It is a pleasure to welcome you to our website! We invite you to take a look around and discover the difference an education rooted in faith-based values and academic excellence can make.

On these pages we share with you our rich history going back more than 130 years. We are proud of the students who have graduated from Edgewood Campus School and for all that they have accomplished as adults. We strive to equip our students with an education that goes beyond basics and instills in them the desire to become service-oriented individuals committed to a lifetime of learning.

We are grateful for the support of our Edgewood families and community. It is because of the generous support of our students, faculty and staff, parents, alumni, grandparents, and corporate partners that we continue to provide a quality education in the Dominican Tradition.

Sincerely,

Sister Kathleen Malone, O.P.
